办准生证

今天为了办准生证，上网查资料、去学院路街道咨询，结论是在北京办准生证必须有一方户口在北京。让老爸在天津问，居委会和街道的说法还不一致。总的来说，能办的可能性比较大，明天再确认。

准生证这个东西，最要命的是各省市的规定各不相同。有的地方按户口，有的按居住地，有的按孩子出生地。这可把大家害苦了。往上就有很多被卡在两个省市之间，两边都不给办的例子。至于办理的具体要求就更不相同了，但少不了证明、介绍信来回往返，头疼。

因为和孩子上户口挂钩，北京的准生证控制得很严。工作居住证、购置商品房统统无效。所以，在天津办准生证就是唯一的路了。如果要到福建办准生证、把孩子户口落在福建，那麻烦就大了。第一次感觉到户口的重要性。

晚上做了红烧排骨和素炒卷心菜。热得一身汗。小z近来食欲下降，对荤菜尤甚。
